Note: Mailing addresses for these unincorporated portions of Sacramento
County (which include the Parkway and Fruitridge Pocket areas) always use
the "Sacramento" moniker, even though they are not part of the City of
Sacramento. (The officially designated community of South Sacramento
does overlap with southern portions of the City of Sacramento in places,
and the unincorporated section is in the "sphere of influence" of the City
- the first step towards future annexation.)

Dollar Tree has moved to the Florin Mall outlot area. As of 2/19/07,
a furniture store has taken up the west portion of the building. According
to Martyk at the Salute to Stores message board, this was a Gold Circle store
in the late 1970s and early 1980s.

Eppie's is a regional coffee shop chain that has pretty much disappeared,
though an independently-run location in West Sacramento still operates.

Dollar Tree, Florin Mall outlot
Florin Mall itself, save for a Sears, was demolished in 2006 to make way
for the future Florin Town Centre and an upcoming Wal-Mart supercenter. As
of 2/3/07, this unit does not appear to be open yet, via a location search
on Dollar Tree's website. This seems to correspond with the old Woolco
location Charles Hathaway had on his list (at 6930 Stockton Boulevard).
MSN's Live Local satellite and aerial photo service (which only recently
added Sacramento birdseye photography) doesn't show any tenant on this building
yet, suggesting that Dollar Tree's presence here is a development that may
have only begun in January. The store is now open as of 2/15/07.
