This Marina Food location is (pardon the pun) located in a marina prototype,
with an unusual arch style more reminiscent of San Diego than the Bay Area.
Much of the department labeling dates back to 1960s Safeway motifs, as well
as the pastel-colored walls.

According to Justin Karimzad, this opened in February 1968, along with the
now-closed PW Supermarket next door. Groceteria's webmaster posted a photo
of this store in December 2005 on the message board there. This store has
retained its Payless decor, though 1/4th of the Payless area has been cordoned
off and remains unused.
