Safeway, Appian/80 (Tara Hills Dr.) (New, 11/27/06)
This store was built around 1966 and was originally a marina; the marina arch is still present, but a late-1970s/early 1980s-era false front now obscures it from the parking lot (it can now only be seen either overhead, or from a bit of a distance, either on the eastbound I-80 offramp or from Appian Way east of the freeway).  This store also sports a drop-ceiling, like the Market Street marina in San Francisco.
