"Closed for remodeling," though this store (with a 1990s Lucky interior)
does not look to be in good condition. (Many of the photos of this store
have been adjusted for contrast/brightness, due to no flash usage in the
photography.) The store did suffer some fire damage on May 5th (of 2006).
